Weather-Related Closing
Typhoon Policy: ELIP will remain open until TCCOR-1C has been declared by the American Military Installation and will reopen on the following conditions: time of the day, anticipated movements of the storm, safety concerns and availability of transportation. The School Administration will monitor the weather and local news stations to determine if it is appropriate to close the school early or cancel the classes for the following day. An email will be sent out and announcements will be posted on the Class Dojo.
In the event that ELIP closes early, parents will be contacted and informed of the situation. Children should be picked up in a reasonable span of time to ensure all parents, children, and staff can travel home safely.
There will be no refunds or discounts on the tuition fee(s) for any of the weather related closings and or natural disasters. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
